Long-time mortgage lending professionals Rob Messenger & Jessica Irwin have joined forces to announce their partnership in the opening of Legacy Mortgage. Legacy Mortgage will hold an office location at 2 Buck Road Suite L, Hanover New Hampshire and serve the mortgage needs in the Upper Valley and beyond.

Legacy Mortgage will bring the same trusted faces and knowledgeable expertise with improved products, systems and processes. Messenger & Irwin have worked together since 2007 and share a collective 34 years mortgage experience between them. They bring  local experience that makes them an asset to the Upper Valley community while they provide professional and competitive loan options. Jessica Irwin said,

Rob Messenger has been a loan officer since 1999. With every client he strives to provide the best possible service while delivering a successful experience. He specializes in a wide variety of loan programs including conventional, jumbo, USDA, FHA and VA. Messenger was born and raised in New Hampshire and currently lives in the Lake Sunapee region.

Jessica Irwin has managed mortgage loan operations in several settings since 2004.   Born and raised in the Upper Valley she attended college and began her career in Colorado before relocating back to the Upper Valley where she has spent her career supervising mortgage operations across multiple lenders and diverse loan program offerings.

Legacy Mortgage has submitted for licensing through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and is planning to move into their office in early December with a grand opening planned for January 1, 2021.
