Pre - Qualification

Once we’ve collected and reviewed your information, we’ll send you a pre-qualification letter. Armed with this  important document, sellers will consider you a serious buyer in the Upper Valley real estate market.

Start Shopping

With a pre-qualification letter in hand, it’s time to start working with your realtor to find a home to buy! Once you’ve found a home, you can confidently make an offer.

Formal Application

Once your offer has been accepted and we have exact numbers, it’s time to work with your loan officer to submit a formal application.

Order Appraisal / Title Review

Your loan officer will order an appraisal. This part of the process ensures the price you are paying for the home matches the actual value determined by the market.

Loan Goes to Underwriting

Once we have all the documents and your application everything is submitted to the underwriter for review.

Conditional Approval

After everything is reviewed you’ll hear from our team that your loan has received conditional approval. This is an exciting part of the buying process, because now we wait to be given  the “Clear to Close,” which is one of the final steps before the closing.
